When ordering from BiOrganic online, you are free to arrange a convenient time slot to receive your order. You also have the option for scheduled deliveries on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

HOW DO I KNOW IF GROCERIES CAN BE DELIVERED TO MY AREA?
We deliver anywhere across UAE with certain minimum for delivery:
DUBAI – AED 250
ABU DHABI – AED 500
SHARJAH – AED 500
AJMAN – AED 500
OTHER EMIRATES – 1000 AED
Delivery charge below the minimum for Dubai (25 AED) For other emirates (50 AED)
Any damaged, bad products received should be reported within 1 hour from receiving. You can reach us on 056-654-1956/ 04-8748233 or send an e-mail: email@example.com.
We accept only UAE currency for payment. Payment can be settled upon delivery, either by cash, card, payment online.
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order through the website, the user confirms the accuracy of the information provided. Biorganic may decide for any reason to reject/Cancel an order.
Our customer service will call / email to confirm timing for your order.
CHANGING AND CANCELLING ORDERS
Customer may not be able to amend an order once confirmed. You can contact us within 30 minutes from placement of order for amending or cancellation of orders.
BIORGANIC holds the responsibility to provide the user with the receipt upon delivery.
BIORGANIC will provide you with accurate pricing and product availability. Discrepancy are possible and you agree not to hold BiOrganic liable in such instances, such as Fruits and vegetables or Meats due to weight differences.
All prices are quoted in UAE currency. All product prices are VAT inclusive.
